Kindly be aware that we are closed on Sundays, Tuesdays, and select holidays. Text messages received on these closed days will be promptly addressed on the following business day.

Important Information, please read before booking:

• We operate exclusively on an appointment-only basis, walk-in appointments are not available.

• All first-time appointments, must be booked online. If you have any uncertainties about your requirements, feel free to reach out to us via email at info@proximawellnessandbeauty.com. Alternatively, you can schedule a complimentary consultation either through FaceTime or in person.

• A credit card is required when booking appointments online, this is to reserve and secure the appointment. It's important to note that the card will not be charged until the actual appointment.

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all weave and hair extension appointments. Hair will not be ordered until the deposit is paid.  

• Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: In the event of a late cancellation/no-show for any appointment, please be advised that we regretfully cannot accommodate future bookings. It is important to note that each instance of a late cancellation/no-show is diligently logged in our system. Additionally, a charge equivalent to 50% of the appointment total will be applied to the card that was used to book the appointment. This fee helps compensate for the stylist's time and the reserved resources.

• 48-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our appointment schedule effectively.
