Please use the booking form below to schedule your appointment. For inquiries, text us at (301) 578-6055 between 9 am and 8 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. You can also email us at info@proximawellnessandbeauty.com. We aim to respond within 24 business hours. Note: we are closed on Sundays, Tuesdays, and select holidays, with texts addressed on the next business day.

Appointment Only: We operate on an appointment-only basis, and walk-ins are not available.

First-Time Clients: All first-time appointments must be booked online. If you're unsure of your needs, please email us at info@proximawellnessandbeauty.com or schedule a complimentary consultation via FaceTime or in person.

Credit Card Requirement: A credit card is required to reserve and secure your appointment when booking online. Your card will not be charged until the day of your appointment.

Deposit for Weave and Hair Extension Appointments: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all weave and hair extension appointments. Hair will only be ordered once the deposit is paid.

Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy: If a late cancellation or no-show occurs, future bookings may not be accommodated. A fee of 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged to the card used to book the appointment. This fee compensates for the stylist's time and reserved resources.

48-Hour Cancellation Notice: We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients effectively.
